We can provide you with your 10 year periodic inspection for domestic properties and 5 year inspection for rental properties and offices.
Most insurance companies require rental properties and office premises to have a current test certificate and Electrical at Work regulations require Landlords and Business owners to prove that the electrical installation is safe and complies to BS7671. We will inspect and make recommendations to assure compliance.
PAT Tests
We can provide Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) for all numbers of items whether it is 1 or 1000 items with competitive pricing. We do the test in location so the usage of the appliance can be taken into account when recommending retesting periods and per the Health and Safety guidelines.
